And to make things even better, our estimates are delivered promptly within 1 business day.

The delivery date and estimate will be provided based on the nature and complexity of the task at hand. While simpler tasks are typically completed within 2-3 business days, larger tasks may require additional time.

We meticulously record the time spent on every task on a Monday.com board, which is accessible to you at all times. Moreover, we offer you complete transparency regarding the utilization of your monthly limits. Alternatively, if you want us to maintain time logs on your project management platform, we will do so as well.

No need to worry. We'll conveniently invoice you for the extra hours at the same hourly rate outlined in your package.

We acknowledge that there may be circumstances where you are unable to fully utilize your allocated hours. In such instances, we offer a quarterly rollover of 20% of your unused hours for our Standard package and 30% for our Pro package.

Feel free to hit the pause button on your subscription at any time. When you're ready to come back, we'll make sure that every single unused hour is carried over, so you won't miss a beat.

We will get you and your team started on Monday.com, providing you with the ability to effortlessly request tasks and seamlessly track progress and time. Alternatively, if you prefer we use your existing project management platform, we will get onboarded over there as well.

Absolutely! Most agencies also add us to their Slack channels for faster communication. Additionally, we are also available for daily check ins or weekly review meetings over Zoom.

We are committed to working on your task and making revisions within the agreed scope until you are completely satisfied. Any additional hours required beyond the initial estimate will only be billed in the event of a scope change.
