The client was experiencing a combination of technical and content-related SEO challenges that were limiting their organic performance. Core Web Vitals were underperforming due to thousands of oversized image instances, significantly impacting page speed. Additionally, critical business pages were being randomly de-indexed by Google due to misconfigured X-Robots tags, resulting in unstable visibility.
